Casey — Embed & Setup Guide

Everything you need to put the Business Valuation Assistant on crebbgroup.com and confirm leads are flowing into GoHighLevel.

1. Add the widget to WordPress

Paste this single line into your site. It loads the entire widget — no plugin needed.

Option A — Theme footer (recommended)

In the WordPress admin, go to Appearance → Theme File Editor (or your theme’s settings) and add the snippet just before the closing </body> tag. Many themes also expose a “Footer Scripts” or “Custom Code” field — that works too.

Option B — Plugin

Install a header/footer scripts plugin (e.g. “WPCode” or “Insert Headers and Footers”), then paste the snippet into the Footer section and save. The widget appears on every page sitewide.

2. GoHighLevel custom fields (one-time setup)

Create these contact custom fields in GHL (Settings → Custom Fields). The key must match exactly.

3. Lead tags

Every lead is tagged so the team can route follow-up:

  • Chatbot LeadApplied to every chatbot lead.
  • Chatbot Lead - QualifiedRevenue ≥ $500K and a near-term timeline (≤ 6-12 months).
  • Chatbot Lead - ExploringRevenue qualifies, but timeline is 1-2 years or "just exploring".
  • Chatbot Lead - Below ThresholdRevenue under $500K.

4. Testing checklist

  • Widget loads on a test page via the embed script.
  • Floating button appears bottom-right with the brand green + light icon.
  • Welcome bubble appears after 5 seconds with the correct message.
  • Bubble X returns to the floating button; the button opens the chat.
  • Casey's first message discloses she is an AI assistant.
  • A full intake (business → financials → timeline → contact) completes naturally.
  • After contact details are shared, a GHL contact + opportunity are created with all custom fields.
  • The correct qualification tag is applied based on revenue + timeline.
  • "Book a consultation" shows live calendar slots and books on selection.
  • "Request a callback" creates a high-priority task for Jen.
  • Mobile (375px) goes full-screen and works cleanly.
  • "Start Over" resets the conversation; the privacy notice is visible.

5. Notes

  • Casey runs on Anthropic Claude — the server needs a valid ANTHROPIC_API_KEY.
  • Appointments are assigned to Jen and booked on the configured CREBB calendar.
  • Leads are pushed to GHL the moment contact details are captured — even if the visitor leaves before choosing a next step.
  • Casey never quotes a valuation or fees; she gathers context and hands off to an advisor.
